The area we call River North now offers a trendy mix of restaurants, bars and galleries. But it wasn’t always that way – especially on one stretch of North Clark Street. Longtime Chicago photographer and filmmaker Tom Palazzolo lived there in the 1960’s and captured that time better than anyone. His photos are now in a book called, simply, Clark Street.
