Federal Forms Could Change Race, Ethnicity Options

For many Latinos, filling out forms can present a category conundrum. On some forms, Hispanic/Latino is considered a racial designation — on others, it's an ethnicity. Now, for the first time since 1997, the U.S. Census and other federal documents could have new options for identifying your race and ethnicity.
