It's either a really good short crust or a flaky pastry.

And the other thing is it has to be small.

I can't bag a great big which you've got to get through.

Just a little mince pie's really perfect.

If I got enough brandy butter with my mince pie and then I might run outta brandy butter, so I'll put some brandy butter on it and then I'm gonna run outta mince pie.

I've still got some brandy butter left, so I'll have another mince pie, so I'm probably need a bit more brandy butter.

I like them with lots of brandy cream.
