I like my devils on horsebacks, which are dates wrapped in bacon shoved in the oven for 20 minutes.
- I am 100% roast potatoes.
It's all about those.
- If Dad does a roast beef, the next day, when we go to the beach for a swim, crusty roll, Kerrygold butter, Ballymaloe relish.
Relish.
(laughs) Ballymaloe relish and the beef from the night before.
- Topped off with a massive cheese board, then a- - Cheese?
Cheese board?
- And then a Christmas pudding with brandy butter and cream.
- Christmas pudding.
Oh, love a bit of Christmas pudding.
- Mince pie with brandy custard.
Yeah, that's the best.
- I'm getting so hungry.
