About the Host
Niba is a science content creator based in San Francisco, CA. Her channel, @NotesByNiba, has created videos with places such as SciShow, Feminist Book Club, and Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. She received degrees in Genetics, Toxicology, and Diversity Studies at UC Davis, where she also researched the effects of climate change on crops. She received her Genetics M.S. from Duke, where she researched the genetics, form, and function of plant roots.
