  • Aired: 06/12/2012
  • Rating: NR
Plymouth State University professor Len Reitsma and students net Canada warblers near Canaan, NH. The birds are banded, and feather and blood samples are taken to track the health of the species. Reitsma reports that some of the warblers return to the same woodlands each spring, after migrating thousands of miles to southern wintering grounds.
